UC Davis Work Life and Wellness Brown Bag Series
12 April 2018
Free talk

“Money Mindfulness – How to Get Started” is a free talk at the UCD Brown Bag lunch.  Join me for a discussion on how to get started on taking care of your personal finances and, by extension, yourself.  Studies have shown that 30% of Americans are losing sleep because of their finances, and that the average employee spends 13 hours of work time per month worrying about money.  We will discuss what to do in order to take care of your own finances, whether that be dealing with debt, living within your income, saving for the future or planning for retirement.

When: Thursday, 12 April 2018, 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Where: UCD Student Community Centre, Multipurpose Room
Website:  http://sdps.ucdavis.edu/brown_bag/worklife_wellness.html
